Puppy Photos - Jammer x Clover Puppies - 2 Weeks Old

Many breeders name their litters in alphabetical order or choose themes for their puppy names. I have done both in the past. However, this litter was the first since I remarried, so I let my stepson, Quin, and husband, Richard, help name the pups. They chose mostly names from the Disney film "Lilo & Stitch," the Harry Potter books, and one extracted from Quin's full name, QuinnehTUKqut (the Native American name for Connecticut where Quin was born).

Week 2 Report

Dobby and Lilo were the first puppies to open their eyes. I expect all eyes to be open by the end of this week. They are also starting to walk a little bit. The photos were more difficult to take this week as the pups are getting more active (i.e. wiggly). It took two of us to take the pictures this time, so please excuse the multiple hands in the photos. Next week the pups should start to look more dog-like and less like guinea pigs.
